Mushroom pie
I loved making this cake mushrooms “Belenciaga step by step” with the preparation of mushrooms that I have mentioned in previous post, looks great and taste great and very, very tasty. Besides being a fun cake to make, is super fun and it certainly is very striking. I hope you like it.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons of prepared mushrooms
Very thick mashed potatoes.
250 gr. sliced ??mushrooms
A little oil.
1 / 2 cup of white wine.
Pinch of cornstarch
Half a teaspoon of porcini mousse (optional)
salt
nutmeg
How to Make
1. We started to make the puree as you like best, home or flakes (I cooked the potatoes about 20 minutes). It must be very espeso.Si we like we puree seasoned with salt, pepper and nutmeg and a teaspoon of butter. Reserve.
2. Wash the sliced ??mushrooms, you can simply wash and dry with paper towels.
3. Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan and the mushrooms we live fire. We turn them to brown on both sides. Reserve.
4. If we have prepared frozen mushrooms put it half a minute in the microwave until thawed (not necessarily hot).
5. Mix two tablespoons of mushrooms with puree until smooth.
6. If we make several cakes use a square of paper for each cake, give us the pass to the plate. Emplate put a ring on the cookie sheet. (For serving cake use a ring of 8 cm or 10 cm. In diameter, if we are good eating or a single dish). If we want to facilitate removing the ring, the ring wrapped around with acetate strip or a strip of baking paper. (I have not used).
7. Cover the bottom of the ring with a layer of mushrooms (will be the base of the cake).
8. On top of the mushrooms we take a spoonful of mashed potatoes with mushrooms, smoothing and pressing so there are no gaps. Again a second layer of mushrooms and another puree. We ended up with a layer of mushrooms.
9. Remove the ring, passing a knife through the side lace inside the ring. Vasopressin with a spatula and slide up the rim (this is much easier if we put the strip of paper or acetate. Simply slide the hoop to Ariba and then peel off the acetate.).
10. Sprinkle the cake with a little oil and there you are ready to put in the oven. If we advance, we leave it in the oven without turning up 15 minutes before serving.
11. Bake at 200 degrees, in preheated oven about 10 minutes.
12. To help us pass the plate of cakes blade or a flat spatula, put it down, holding the parchment paper.
13. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce, sauté the remaining mushrooms prepared in a thin oil. We add a touch of cornstarch and white wine, stir and put half a teaspoon of porcini mousse (optional). Cook one minute and salsa the cake.
